Finisher Medal & E-Certificate
Participants who fail to complete the race will not receive a finisher medal or e-certificate.
Baggage Deposit
Baggage deposit service will operate from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Any unclaimed baggage will be transferred to the inquiry counter. All runners must collect their deposited baggage by 1:00 PM. Baggage unclaimed after this time will be treated as abandoned and transferred to the inquiry counter. The organizer/event planner assumes no responsibility for such items.
Participants must attach the baggage tag to their luggage, ensure it is properly sealed, and hand it to the baggage deposit area. Baggage deposit service is provided, but due to limited space, participants are advised to bring lightweight luggage only.
Volunteers will be arranged at the baggage deposit area to assist participants in retrieving luggage. Participants must present their bib in person to collect their baggage and confirm that the retrieved items belong to them. Do not place valuables or fragile items in deposited baggage. The organizer and event planner are not responsible for any loss or damage to property.
Bib & Timing Chip
During the race, participants must wear the bib prominently on the chest, ensuring it is not covered by jackets or other clothing for staff identification. If the bib is obscured, the organizer and event planner reserve the right to disqualify the participant.
Use the four safety pins provided by the organizer to securely fasten the bib at all four corners on the front of the sportswear, with the numbered side facing outward.
The organizer uses timing chips to record participants’ results. In accordance with the Hong Kong Amateur Athletic Association (HKAAA) regulations, all races use gun time. Each participant will receive a bib with an attached timing chip—please ensure you bring it. No replacement or re-issuance of bibs or timing chips will be provided on the event day. If a participant does not bring the bib, the organizer will be unable to record their race time, and bibs are non-transferable.
Bib colors indicate the registered race category. If a participant competes in a different category or starts at a different time than registered, the organizer and event planner will disqualify them and will not issue a finisher medal or certificate.
The timing chip is pre-attached to the back of the bib—do not fold or damage the chip.
Participants must pass over the timing mats at the start, turnaround point, and finish line. If the chip is improperly worn, damaged, or fails to register at the mats, the organizer andevent planner will be unable to provide the participant’s race time.
Custom bib content must not violate or contravene any laws in force in Hong Kong (including but not limited to the National Security Law). If the organizer has reasonable grounds to believe the content may violate or contravene any laws in force in Hong Kong (including but not limited to the National Security Law) or may be detrimental to national security, the organizer may decide not to print the content.
