Friends of Caritas (FOC) is formed by a group of enthusiastic volunteers who identify with Caritas's work philosophy. It was established on August 27, 1996, under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and is a recognized charitable institution under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. FOC aims to promote the mission of Caritas in the spirit of “Love in the Service of Hope”. Through organizing a variety of activities, FOC strives to increase the general public's awareness, thus their participation in and support to the manifold services that Caritas provides to the community.

Can I get a donation receipt for participating in the event?
As the registration fee is not a donation, it cannot be included in a donation receipt.

Donation receipts will be issued for all donations of HKD $100 or more.

Is there an age limit for participants?
Participants for the 5km and 10km races must be aged 16 or above. Participants for the 3km race must be aged 8 or above. Participants under the age of 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent during registration.

When registering for the Corporate and Group category, does the team captain need to fill in all team members' information at once?
Yes, team captains are requested to collect all team members' information (e.g., name, phone number, etc.; for detailed information, please refer to the registration page) before registering. All information must be provided during registration and cannot be supplemented later.

When will the e-Certificate be issued after completing the race?
After completing the race, participants will be able to download their e-Certificate from the official event website within one week.

When can I collect the race pack?
The Organizer will notify participants via email in mid-December regarding the specific date and location for race pack collection. If an individual does not receive the "Race Pack Collection Notification," they can present their Hong Kong Identity Card for verification to collect the race pack (either a printed or electronic copy of the notification is acceptable).

If I cannot collect the souvenir in person during the designated period, can I arrange for someone else to collect it on my behalf?
Participants can authorize someone else to collect on their behalf. The authorized person should also present the "Race Pack Collection Notification" (either a printed or electronic copy is acceptable).
